Saturday started off with a Free Comic Day adventure for my boys. Then, it was play and prepare for Simon's big bash. Luckily for me, my friend Marnie let me copy her fabulour Erik Carle Hungry caterpillar cake when there was no Tigger cake pan to be found.
We feasted on a potluck of delicious appetizers, watched the Schmoo scarf down a face full of sugary goodness and opened his huge amount of new loot. After a bath with his cousin, my little party boy was so tuckered out, he fell asleep in record time.

I love how the only picture with a smile is the one of him and Elizabeth in the tub. Obviously a birthday highlight.
